Natto is a deep-fermented soybean product made from soybeans through solid-state fermentation using Bacillus natto. Its unique sticky texture is not only a sensory indicator of a mature fermentation process but also a direct reflection of the enrichment of functional substances—the richer the sticky strands, the better the fermentation and the higher the content of active ingredients.

* Stomach Protection and Intoxication Prevention: Consume natto 30 minutes before drinking alcohol. The γ-polyglutamic acid forms a protective layer on the gastric mucosa, reducing alcohol irritation.
